Seattle Sounder Roger Levesque, Guest Reader at SCORES' Barnes & Noble Bookfair!

April is National Poetry Month and what a better way to kick it off than with everyone's favorite Seattle Sounder FC player reading some poetry!

Roger Levesque will be reading some of his favorite Shel Silverstein poems at America SCORES Seattle's Barnes & Noble Bookfair on Sunday April 1st in the children's book section of the downtown Barnes & Noble at Pacific Place.

The event will also feature students from the SCORES program performing their original poetry, including Maple Elementary fifth grader Tya N. and Bailey Gatzert Elementary fifth grader William W. who will be representing Seattle later in the month at the 6th Annual America SCORES National Poetry SLAM on stage at the legendary Apollo Theater in New York City!
